Use these resources in addition to your social network and other identified coping strategies when you need a little extra boost in support. 

Apps

7 Cups: This is an app where you can chat with volunteer “listeners” (non-professionals) and engage in community discussion boards to see what others experiencing similar challenges are finding helpful. 

 

Meditation: These apps include guided meditations on various topics. Try a couple to find a voice, tempo, and vibe that is a match for you.
